Welcome to LARP ("we", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account or using LARP, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LARP, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LARP provides a premium, customizable link-in-bio platform. Users can create personalized profile pages with links, socials, media uploads, music, badges, layouts, and visual effects. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• One person may not maintain more than one account without permission
• Usernames must not impersonate others, brands, or violate trademarks
• We may reclaim inactive, abusive, or trademark-infringing usernames

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant LARP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate your profile page. You are solely responsible for everything on your page.

Prohibited Content

• Illegal material or content promoting illegal activity
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing
• Malware, phishing links, scams, or credential harvesting
• Explicit content accessible to minors without appropriate safeguards
• Copyrighted material used without authorization
• Spam, mass self-promotion, or automated abuse

5. Customization & Uploads

• Maximum background file size: 50MB
• Avatar, music, cursor, and favicon limits apply as shown in the dashboard
• Uploaded files must comply with these Terms and applicable law
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies without notice

6. Badges & Verification

Badges are awarded at the discretion of LARP administrators. Misrepresenting badge status, forging badges, or selling badge access is prohibited. Staff and verified badges may be revoked if abused.

7. Views & Analytics

View counts represent unique visits tracked per visitor location (IP) and browser fingerprint. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy. Manipulating views through bots, proxies, or scripts is forbidden.

8. Discover, Leaderboard & Public Profiles

Profiles listed on Discover and the Leaderboard are public. Display names, avatars, bios, badges, and view counts may appear in public directories. Email addresses are never shown publicly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Upon termination, your public page may become unavailable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LARP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LARP from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where LARP is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
